Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazani su postupci individualizacije koji su korišteni u radu s učenikom R.V. koji pohađa redovni šesti razred osnovne škole Lokve-Gripe u Splitu. Rad je planiran kroz prvi dio školske godine 2022/2023, a provodio se od veljače do lipnja iste školske godine. Cilj ovog rada bio je u nastavu uvesti primjerene postupke individualizacije koji poštuju učenikov oblik funkcioniranja i to tijekom nastave Matematike. Planirani postupci individualizacije kreirani su na temelju informacija dobivenih od struče suradnice edukacijske rehabilitatorice, opažanjima u razredu te inicijalnom procjenom odgojno obrazovnih potreba učenika u razredu.
Nadalje, radom se savjetodavno utjecalo na učiteljicu predmetne nastave koja u svojoj nastavi inače ne primjenjuje učeniku potrebne postupke. Ovim radom direktno se utjecalo na sve sudionike odgojno-obrazovnog procesa učenika: na njega samoga, na predmetnu nastavnicu te na učenikove roditelje i obitelj koji mu aktivno pružaju podršku kod kuće.
Osim postupaka individualizacije učeniku se približio proces i elementi vrednovanja i to posebno proces samovrednovanja. Sukladno tome učenik je počeo biti aktivni sudionik odgojno-obrazovnog procesa te je mijenjao stav prema učenju i nastavnom predmetu iz negativnog u pozitivni.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis shows different ways of individualization of teaching methods that were used during the time spent on classses with the student R.V. who goes to regular sixth grade in the elementary school Lokve-Gripe in the city of Split. This master thesis was planned during the fisrt part of the school year 2022/2023, and was carried out during the months between February and June of the same school year. The focus of this thesis was to introduce appropiate individualization procedures that respect the students ways of learning and all that during the Maths lessons. The indivualization procedures planned to be introduced were created based on the information given by the special education teacher and based on the information collected during the observation of the student in the classroom as well as on the information collected with the initial assessment of the students educational needs.
Furthermore, this master thesis advisory infulenced the Maths teacher who usually does not provide the procedures that student needs during the lessons. We can say that the thesis directly affected all the participants of the educational process of the student: himself, the Maths teacher, his parents and other family members who actively provide support for him at home.
Except of the individualization procedures previously mentioned, differnet elements of evaluation were presented to the student where the extra emphasis was on the process of selfevaluation. In accordance with that the student became the active participant in this educational process and his attitude towards studying and the Maths classes shifted from being negative into being positive.
