Abstract

Kvalitetna zdravstvena zaštita jedno je od temeljnih ljudskih prava. Osobe s motoričkim poremećajima zbog povećanih zahtjeva na zdravlje imaju veću potrebu za korištenjem zdravstvenih usluga, što ističe važnost kvalitete s kojom su te usluge pružane za ovu populaciju. Istraživanja izdvajaju više faktora koji čine kvalitetu usluge i koji su povezani sa zadovoljstvom uslugama, a strana istraživanja ukazuju na dodatne faktore bitne za pružanje kvalitetne usluge osobama s motoričkim poremećajima. Na području Republike Hrvatske međutim, postoji nedostatak znanstvenih istraživanja o korištenju zdravstvenih usluga od strane osoba s motoričkim poremećajima.
Cilj ovog rada je dobiti uvid u zadovoljstvo osoba s motoričkim poremećajima sa korištenim zdravstvenim uslugama u Hrvatskoj. Kako je u Republici hrvatskoj glavnina usluga pružana u javnom sektoru, ovaj se rad usredotočuje na te usluge. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo deset odraslih osoba s motoričkim poremećajima urednog intelektualnog razvoja iz različitih područja Republike Hrvatske.
Podaci su prikupljeni metodom polustrukturiranog intervjua te je vršena tematska kvalitativna analiza. Rezultati istraživanja istaknuli su određene kategorije koje osobe s motoričkim poremećajima smatraju važnima u vlastitoj procjeni kvalitete i zadovoljstva zdravstvenim uslugama, a koja se podudaraju i s nalazima prethodnih istraživanja. Osim odgovora na istraživačka pitanja, analiza izjava sudionika iznjedrila je dodatnu tematsku cjelinu koja se odnosi na zadovoljstvo ustrojstvom zdravstvenog sustava. Zadovoljstvo i kvalitetu korištenih zdravstvenih usluga u Hrvatskoj sudionici općenito smatraju dobrima, međutim postoji i velik broj negativnih iskustava. Temeljeno na izjavama sudionika izneseni su i prijedlozi za poboljšanje kvalitete i zadovoljstva uslugama.

Abstract (english)

Quality health care is a fundamental human right. Due to increased demands on health, people with motor disorders have a greater need to use health services, which emphasizes the importance of the quality with which these services are provided for this population. Research singles out several factors that make up the quality of service and are related to satisfaction with services, and foreign research points out additional factors essential for providing quality services to people with motor disorders. In Croatia, however, there is a lack of scientific research on the use of health services by people with motor disorders. The aim of this paper is to gain an insight into the satisfaction of people with motor disorders with the health services used in Croatia. Since in the Republic of Croatia most services are provided by public healthcare facilities, this paper focuses on public services. Ten adults with motor disorders of orderly intellectual development from different areas of the Republic of Croatia participated in the research. The data were collected using the semi-structured interview method, and the thematic qualitative analysis was performed. The results of the research highlighted certain categories that people with motor disorders consider important in their own assessment of the quality and satisfaction with health services, and which coincide with the findings of previous research. In addition to the answers to the research questions, the analysis of the participants' statements gave birth to an additional thematic unit according to which satisfaction with services is related to the organization of the health system in general. The satisfaction and quality of the health services used in Croatia are generally considered good by the participants, however they speak out about many negative experiences. Based on the statements of the participants, suggestions for improving the quality and satisfaction of services were also presented.
