Abstract

Inkluzija je nešto čemu se trenutno teži u svim odgojno obrazovnim ustanovama. Kako bi ona bila uspješno provedena svi sudionici tog procesa trebali bi razviti pozitivne stavove prema djeci s teškoćama u razvoju. Ispitivanjem stavova dobiva se uvid u tri komponente stava, kognitivnu, emocionalnu i bihevioralnu. Stavovi su jedina psihička osobina koja uvelike utječe na zbivanja u ljudskom društvu te vrše utjecaj na to kako će se pojedinac ponašati. Stavovi se temelje na iskustvu bilo izravnom ili neizravnom te iako su relativno trajni, lako se mogu promijeniti. Istraživanje koje je provedeno donosi uvid u prirodu dječjih interpersonalnih iskustava s vršnjacima. Predškolska dob u užem smislu podrazumijeva razdoblje od četvrte do sedme godine života. Djeca u toj dobi zainteresirana su za slušanje i prepričavanje priča, samostalni su i znaju se kontrolirati. Ono što je važno za ovo istraživanje jest to da se vole igrati sa svojim vršnjacima te da imaju pozitivne poglede o ljudima koji im se čine kompetentnima, a manje kompetentnima smatraju nepoznate osobe i osobe s invaliditetom. Cilj istraživanja je dobiti uvid u stavove djece predškolskog uzrasta o vršnjacima s teškoćama u razvoju. Istraživanje je provedeno u predškolskim skupinama gradskog dječjeg vrtića na način da su ispitanici ispunili Upitnik o stavovima djece predškolske dobi o vršnjacima s teškoćama u razvoju. Rezultati su pokazali da su stavovi ispitanika pozitivni ukupno, dok su rezultati vezani za emocionalan aspekt najpozitivniji, za kognitivni su negativni, a za bihevioralni aspekt stava neutralni. U ovome radu uspoređeni su ovi rezultati s drugim rezultatima međunarodnih istraživanja te je razmotreno na koji način bi trebalo poboljšati provedeno istraživanje.

Abstract (english)

Inclusion is currently a goal toward most of the educational institutions strive or. For it to be successfully implemented, all participants in the process should develop positive attitudes towards children with developmental disabilities. Examining attitudes provides insight into the three components of attitude: cognitive, emotional, and behavioral. Attitudes are the only psychological trait that significantly influences events in human society and affects how an individual acts and how we behave. Attitudes are based on experience, whether direct or indirect, and although they are relatively permanent, they can easily be changed. The research conducted provides insight into the nature of children's interpersonal experiences with their peers. In the narrow sense, the preschool age refers to the period from four to seven years of age. Children at this age are interested in listening to and retelling stories, are independent, and know how to control themselves. What is important for this research is that they enjoy playing with their peers and have positive views of people who seem competent to them, while they consider unknown people and people with disabilities to be less competent. The aim of the research is to gain insight into the attitudes of preschool children towards peers with developmental disabilities. The research was conducted in preschool groups of the city kindergarten, where the respondents completed a Questionnaire on the Attitudes of Preschool Children towards Peers with Developmental Disabilities. The results showed that the respondents' attitudes were overall positive, with the emotional aspect being the most positive, the cognitive aspect being negative, and the behavioral aspect being neutral. In this paper, these results were compared with numerous other international research findings, and suggestions were made on how the conducted research could be improved.
