Abstract
Edukacijsko-rehabilitacijski program je dio pojedinačno usmjerenih edukacijsko-rehabilitacijskih postupaka i mjera koje su utemeljene na načelima i spoznajama edukacijsko-rehabilitacijskih znanosti. Program obuhvaća veliki broj komponenti, ali je ovo istraživanje usmjereno na poticanje na području brige o sebi, spoznaje, motorike, komunikacije, emocionalnog i socijalnog ponašanja. Cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je utvrditi učinkovitost edukacijsko-rehabilitacijskog programa u područjima brige o sebi, spoznaje, motoričkog razvoja, komunikacije i socio-emocionalnog razvoja kod 2,5 godišnjeg djeteta s artrogripozom multiplex congenita, a koje se provodilo u Specijalnoj bolnici za kronične bolesti dječje dobi – Gornja Bistra u razdoblju od 6 mjeseci 2015/2016.godine. Za procjenu i evaluaciju istraživanja na području brige o sebi, spoznaje, motorike, komunikacije, emocionalnog i socijalnog ponašanja korištena je Lista procjene ponašanja. Kao metoda obrade podataka korištena je INDIF komponentna analiza stanja kod ispitanika, kroz tri vremenske točke. Osvrtanjem na istraživanje rada s dječakom s artrogripozom, a uzimajući u obzir statističke pokazatelje, ovim je istraživanjem potvrđeno kako je edukacijskorehabilitacijski program znatno doprinio razvoju djetetovih sposobnosti na svakoj varijabli procjene. Okružje koje je djetetova svakodnevica, kao i poznanstvo između ispitanika i ispitivača je omogućilo da se rad odvija u što boljem ozračju i samim time izvor podataka daje izvornu, realnu sliku djetetova svakodnevnog funkcioniranja.

Educational and Rehabilitational Program is part of individually oriented educational and rehabilitation procedures and measures that are based on the principles and knowledge of education and rehabilitation sciences. The program includes a large number of components, but this study focused on stimulating the area of self-care, cognition, motor skills, communication, emotional and social behavior. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of educational and rehabilitational programs in the areas of self-care, cognition, motor development, communicational and socio-emotional development in a 2.5 year old child with arthrogryposis multiplex congenita, which was carried out in the Special Hospital for Chronic Diseases of Children – Gornja Bistra over a period of six months in 2015/2016. For the assessment and evaluation of research in the area of self-care, cognition, motor skills, communication, emotional and social behavior was used The Assessment behavior list. As a method of data processing was used INDIF component analysis of the participant's state, through three time-equidistant points. Discussing the research work of the child with arthrogryposis, and taking into account the statistical data, this survey confirmed that the educational and rehabilitational program significantly contributed to the development of the child's ability estimated on each variable. Environment that is child's everyday life, as well as acquaintance between participant and examiner allowed the work to be carried out in the best possible atmosphere and so the data source gives the original, realistic picture of the child's daily functioning.
