Abstract

S obzirom da se znanstveni interes preusmjerio s općenite uporabe interneta na uporabu specifičnih internetskih sadržaja, cilj ovog rada je pružiti obuhvatan pregled najnovijih spoznaja većinom inozemne, ali i domaće stručne i znanstvene literature na teme ovisnosti o online seksualnim sadržajima (cybersex), o online videoigrama i o društvenim mrežama, kao najčešćim modalitetima ovisnosti o internetu. U prvom dijelu rada autorica se osvrće na internet kao dio suvremenih medija u ozračju današnje tzv. tehnokulture, potom pojašnjava fenomenologiju ovisnosti o internetu, nakon čega slijedi razrada pojedinih modaliteta u smislu pojašnjenja samog objekta ovisnosti, definiranja i konceptualizacije poremećaja te opisa epidemiologije, etiologije i postojećih tretmana. U zadnjem dijelu rada autorica se osvrće na problematičnu uporabu i ovisnost o pametnom telefonu putem kojeg su nam danas internetski sadržaji na raspolaganju u svakom trenutku. Zaključno, problemi razrađeni u ovom radu nesumnjivo jesu, a za očekivati je da će u budućnosti sve češće biti problemi kojima se bave stručnjaci poput socijalnih pedagoga, stoga je važno biti u toku s aktualnim saznanjima u ovom vrlo dinamičnom i kompleksnom području internetskih ovisnosti.

Abstract (english)

Given that the scientific interest has shifted from the general Internet use to the use of specific Internet content, the aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest knowledge of mostly foreign, but also domestic professional and scientific literature on online sexual addiction (cybersex), online gaming addiction and social networking addiction, as the most common modalities of Internet addiction. In the first part of the paper, the author looks at the Internet as part of modern media in the atmosphere of today's so-called technoculture, then explains the phenomenology of Internet addiction, followed by the elaboration of certain modalities in terms of clarifying the object of addiction, defining and conceptualizing the disorder and describing the epidemiology, etiology and existing treatments. In the last part of the paper, the author looks at the problematic and addictive smartphone use through which Internet content is available to us at any time. In conclusion, the problems elaborated in this paper undoubtedly are, and it is to be expected that in the future will be even more, problems experts such as social pedagogues deal with, so it is important to keep abreast of current knowledge in this very dynamic and complex field of Internet addictions.
