Abstract
Trening socijalnih vještina prepoznat je kao vrijedna psihosocijalna intervencija i metoda koja je usmjerena na osnaživanje korisnika za snalaženje u svakodnevnim životnim situacijama kroz učenje i vježbanje socijalnih vještina. Svrha ovog rada je dobiti uvid u teorijska i praktična obilježja treninga socijalnih vještina u radu s djevojkama koje manifestiraju probleme u ponašanju. U prvom dijelu opisana su teorijska znanja o socijalnim vještinama, treningu socijalnih vještina i specifičnostima problema u ponašanju kod djevojaka. Drugi dio daje prikaz razvoja i provedbe programa „Socijalno vješta djevojka- trening socijalnih vještina za djevojke s problemima u ponašanju (skraćenica: SVD TSV)“. Osnovni cilj programa usmjeren je na razvijanje i usvajanje specifičnih komunikacijskih i socijalno-emocionalnih vještina kod djevojaka s problemima u ponašanju putem strukturiranog učenja po metodi treninga socijalnih vještina. Program je realiziran kao tretmanska intervencija sa svrhom poticanja razvoja socijalnih kompetencija i pozitivnog identiteta djevojaka te njihovim osnaživanjem za snalaženje u svakodnevnim situacijama. Provedba programa održana je u Odgojnom domu Bedekovčina, jedinoj ustanovi u Republici Hrvatskoj u kojoj je osiguran smještaj i tretman isključivo ženske populacije do 18. godine koje manifestiraju složene oblike problema u socijalnom i emocionalnom području. Kreiran je set od osam radionica koje su uključivale sljedeće teme i vještine: uvodna radionica, samopredstavljanje, aktivno slušanje, davanje i primanje komplimenata, prepoznavanje i izražavanje emocija, kontrola ljutnje, empatija i evaluacijska radionica. U grupu je bilo uključeno osam djevojaka približno podjednake dobi (16- 17 godina). Metode i tehnike rada bile su usklađene sa stilom učenja, temperamentom, kognitivnim sposobnostima, rodnom perspektivom i interesima djevojaka. Evaluacija procesa iz korisničke perspektive ukazuje na zadovoljstvo djevojaka sudjelovanjem u programu. Završni dio rada donosi refleksije na provedeni program i smjernice za daljnje kreiranje grupnih programa učenja socijalnih vještina utemeljenih na metodi treninga socijalnih vještina. Rad potvrđuje opravdanost i potrebitost izrade i provođenja ciljanih treninga socijalnih vještina te doprinosi razmatranju razvoja grupnih programa usklađenih sa specifičnim potrebama djevojaka s problemima u ponašanju.

Social skills training is recognized as a valuable psychosocial intervention and method. The main goal of Social skills training is strengthening users to cope with everyday life situations through learning and practicing social skills. The purpose of this paper is to get an insight into the theoretical background and practical elements of Social skills training in working with young females who manifest behavioral problems. The first part describes the theoretical background about social skills, social skills training and specific behavioral problems of young females. The second part gives an overview of the development and implementation of the program „Social and skilful girl- Social skills training Program for young females with behavioral problems (abbreviation: SVD TSV)“. The main goal of the Program is focused on learning and practicing specific communication and social-emotional skills in young females with behavioral problems through a structured learning according to social skills training method. The Program was implemented as a treatment intervention with the goal to promote development of social competence and positive identity of young females and their strengthening for coping with everyday situations. Implementation of the Program was held in Bedekovčina Residential Treatment, the only institution in the Republic of Croatia intended for the accommodation and treatment exclusively female population until 18 years with behavioral problems. There was created a set of eight workshops that included the following topics and skills: introductory workshop, self-presentation, active listening, giving and receiving compliments, recognition and expression of emotions, anger control, empathy and evaluation workshop. Eight young females about equal age (16- 17 years) were included in group. Methods and techniques were compatible with the learning style, temperament, cognitive abilities, gender perspective and interests of girls. Process evaluation from the users perspective indicates the satisfaction of young females participating in the Program. The final part contains reflections on the implemented Program and guidelines for the further creation of social skills training group learning programs. The work confirms the feasibility and necessity of development and implementation of targeted social skills training and contributes to the consideration of the development of group programs that comply with the specific needs of young females with behavioral problems.
