Abstract

Cilj rada bio je ispitati postojeće oblike intervencija usmjerenih na traumu kod djece na smještaju u dječjim domovima. Za potrebe provedbe istraţivanja koristio se kvalitativni istraţivački pristup. Podaci su se prikupljali putem fokus grupa koje su provedene u dva dječja doma: Kuća svetog Franje i Dječji dom „Antun Gustav Matoš“ te je sadrţaj obraĎen kvalitativnom analizom. Slijedom straţivačkih pitanja došlo se do saznanja o najčešćim oblicima traumatizacije djece na smještaju u dječjim domovima, zatim temeljnim potrebama djece s iskustvom traume, kao i njihovim obiljeţjima. Nadalje, dobiveni su podaci o utjecaju traume na različita područja djetetova funkcioniranja-škola, vršnjaci, obitelj. U pogledu intervencija za djecu s iskustvom traume, dobiveni su podaci o nedostatku intervencija na razini ustanove koja ne pruţa tretman s obzirom da nema educiranih terapeuta stoga nema prorade traume u ustanovi. Terapijski rad se pruţa u drugim ustanovama koje omogućuju psihoterapijski rad te imaju educirane terapeute različitih usmjerenja. U pogledu toga, postoje i mnoge teškoće poput prekapacitiranosti s obzirom da ima previše potreba, a malo stručnjaka te isto tako nedostaje intenzivan tretman koji bi omogućio potpunu proradu traume.

Abstract (english)

The aim of the study was to examine existing forms of intervention focused on trauma in children in foster care. A qualitative research approach was used for the purposes of conducting the research. The lessons were collected through focus groups that were conducted in two children's homes: the House of St. Francis and the Children's Home "Antun Gustav Matoš" and the content was processed by qualitative analysis. Following the research questions, the most common forms of traumatization of children in orphanages were found out, as well as the basic needs of children with trauma experience, as well as their characteristics. Furthermore, data were obtained on the impact of trauma on different areas of the child's functioning - school, peers, famil. Regarding interventions for children with experience of trauma, data were obtained on the lack of interventions at the level of the institution that does not provide treatment, given that there are no educated therapists, therefore there is no processing of trauma in the institution. Therapeutic work is provided in other institutions that provide psychotherapeutic work and have educated therapists in various fields. In this regard, there are many difficulties such as overcapacity as there are too many needs and few professionals and there is also a lack of intensive treatment that would allow full trauma processing.
