Abstract

Posljednjih godina bilježi se sve veći broj osoba koje konzumiraju kanabis. Ovaj rast može se objasniti sve većom legalizacijom kanabisa i korištenjem kanabisa u medicinske svrhe diljem svijeta. Sukladno s time, javlja se sve veći broj osoba kojima je potreban tretman. Kao odgovor na ovu potrebu, pojavili su se tretmani utemeljeni na suvremenim tehnologijama. Internet je postao sastavni dio svakodnevnog života te se svake godine bilježi porast u broju korisnika interneta. Osim toga, Internet se sve više koristi kao alat putem kojeg ljudi dobivaju informacije o zdravlju. Upravo zbog toga, osmišljena je nekolicina tretmana za liječenje ovisnosti koji su utemeljeni na internetu. Osobe koje konzumiraju kanabis rijetko se javljaju na tretman zbog različitih prepreka kao što je zaposlenje, strah od stigme ili nesigurnost o potrebi za tretmanom. Online tretman idealan je za tretman ovisnosti o kanabisu jer prevladava neke od ključnih prepreka koje se javljaju kada je u pitanju liječenje od ovisnosti o kanabisu. U današnje vrijeme, postoje brojni online programi, web-stranice i aplikacije koje se bave temom prestanka konzumacije kanabisa. Iako online tretmani ne mogu u potpunosti zamijeniti standardne oblike tretmana, brojna istraživanja ukazuju na njihovu uspješnost i na brojne prednosti implementiranja tretmana utemeljenog na suvremenim tehnologijama.

Abstract (english)

In recent years, there has been an increasing number of people consuming cannabis. This growth can be explained by the increasing legalization of cannabis and the use of cannabis for medical purposes around the world. Accordingly, there is an increasing number of people who need treatment. In response to this need, treatments based on modern technologies have appeared. The Internet has become an integral part of everyday life, and the number of Internet users is increasing every year. In addition, the Internet is being used as a tool through which people obtain health information. Because of this, several Internet-based addiction treatments have been developed. People who consume cannabis rarely attend treatment due to various obstacles such as employment, fear of stigma or uncertainty about the need for treatment. Online treatment is ideal for cannabis addiction treatment because it overcomes some of the key barriers that come with cannabis addiction treatment. Nowadays, there are numerous online programs, websites and applications that deal with the topic of stopping the consumption of cannabis. Although online treatments cannot completely replace standard forms of treatment, numerous studies indicate their success and the numerous advantages of implementing treatment based on modern technologies.
