Abstract

Psihosocijalna klima pokazala se kao veoma bitna odrednica tretmanskih ishoda za djecu i mlade u odgojnim ustanovama, a također i za dobrobit i motivaciju samih zaposlenika tih ustanova. S druge strane, na području Hrvatske nedostaje istraživanja koja se bave ovom temom, stoga je cilj ovog istraživanja ispitati i opisati obilježja psihosocijalne klime u Centru za pružanje usluga u zajednici Mali Lošinj.
Istraživanje je kvantitativno, a koristila su se dva upitnika – jedan za djecu i mlade te jedan za odrasle. Sudjelovalo je 23 korisnika te 22 djelatnika Centra za pružanje usluga u zajednici Mali Lošinj. Rezultati na razini cijele ustanove ukazuju na prosječnu razinu zadovoljstva psihosocijalnom klimom i od strane korisnika i od strane djelatnika, međutim, sudionici iz podružnice Lošinj generalno postižu nešto više prosječne vrijednosti od onih iz podružnice Cres. Razlike u rezultatima upitnika za djecu i mlade se najviše uočavaju u aspektu odnosa među korisnicima, povjerenju u odgajatelje te zadovoljstvu prostornim uvjetima, dok se prema rezultatima upitnika za odrasle, najveće razlike među podružnicama uočavaju u kvaliteti društvenih odnosa i vođenja te međusobnog povjerenja i pravednosti. Navedeno ukazuje na potrebu za unapređivanjem raznih aspekta psihosocijalne klime, kao što su međusobni odnosi, prostorni uvjeti, povjerenje među kolegama i dr., što bi se moglo postići radom na komunikaciji, jačanjem zajedništva, redovitim supervizijama i povratnim informacijama te kontinuiranim edukacijama i usavršavanjem stručnog rada.

Abstract (english)

The psychosocial climate has proven to be a very important determinant of treatment outcomes for children and youth in residential care, as well as for the well-being and motivation of the employees of these institutions. On the other hand, there is a lack of research in Croatia on this topic. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine and describe the characteristics of the psychosocial climate at the Community Service Center in Mali Lošinj.
The research is quantitative, and two questionnaires were used – one for children and youth, and one for adults. A total of 23 children and 22 employees of the Community Service Center Mali Lošinj participated. The results at the institution – wide level indicate an average level of satisfaction with the psychosocial climate among both children and youth and employees. However, participants from the Lošinj generally achieve slightly higher average values than those from the Cres. The differences in the results of the questionnaires for children and youth are most noticeable in the aspects of relationships among chldren and youth, trust in adults, and satisfaction with spatial conditions. According to the results of the questionnaires for adults, the biggest differences between Lošinj and Cres are observed in the quality of social relations and management, mutual trust and fairness. This indicates a need to improve various aspects of the psychosocial climate, such as interpersonal relationships, spatial conditions, trust among colleagues, and more. This could be achieved through work on communication, strengthening unity, regular supervision and feedback, as well as continuous education and improvement of professional work.
