Abstract

Jedan od temelja inkluzivnog obrazovanja su učitelji i njihova inkluzivna pismenost, aktivna međusobna suradnja sa stručnim suradnicima i ostalim stručnjacima uključenima u rad s učenicima (liječnik školske medicine, edukacijski rehabilitator, socijalni radnik, psiholog, psihijatar i ostali). U tu suradnju važno je uključiti i samog učenika te njegove roditelje i vršnjake. Učitelji imaju veliku ulogu u inkluzivnom procesu. Svojim znanjima, vještinama, kompetencijama i stavovima mogu doprinijeti napretku učenika s teškoćama u razvoju. Učiteljima za osnaživanje u stvaranju inkluzivne klime u školi mogu pomoći Smjernice za rad s učenicima s teškoćama. U ovom diplomskom radu bit će prikazani stavovi učitelja prema Smjernicama, poznavanje smjernica, iskustvo primjene u radu s učenicima s teškoćama, prijedlozi učitelja za unaprjeđenje Smjernica te oblika i tema edukacija. Podaci o navedenom prikupit će se uz pomoć Anketnog upitnika u kojem će sudjelovati učitelji i stručni suradnici jedne osnovne škole u Zagrebu.

Abstract (english)

One of the foundations of inclusive education is teachers and their inclusive literacy, active mutual cooperation with professional associates and other experts involved in working with students (school medicine doctor, educational rehabilitator, social worker, psychologist, psychiatrist and others). In this cooperation, it is important to include the student himself, his parents and peers. Teachers have a big role in the inclusive process. With their knowledge, skills, competences and attitudes, they can contribute to the progress of students with developmental disabilities. The Guidelines for working with Students with Disabilities can help empowerment teachers create an inclusive school climate. In this diploma thesis, theachers' attitudes towards the Guidelines, knowledge of the Guidelines, experience of application in working with students with difficulties, teacher's suggestions for improving the Guidelines and forms and topics of education will be presented. Dana on the above will be collected with the help of a survey questionnaire in which teachers and professional assistants of an elementary school in Zagreb will participate.
