Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja je dobiti uvid u to koliko su poslodavci s područja Zagreba i Zagrebačke županije koji imaju iskustvo zapošljavanja osoba s invaliditetom zadovoljni cjelokupnim sustavom za zapošljavanje ovih osoba, kakvo je bilo njihovo iskustvo pri zapošljavanju osoba s invaliditetom, te kako su zadovoljni podrškom stručnjaka pri zapošljavanju osoba s invaliditetom. Diplomski rad obrađuje sustav potpora poslodavcima u Republici Hrvatskoj, analizira problematiku zapošljavanja osoba s invaliditetom te stavove i zadovoljstvo poslodavca potporama u različitim djelatnostima i aktivnostima poslodavaca. Podaci su prikupljen metodom polustrukturiranog intervjua, a pitanja su bila prilagođena djelatnosti poslodavca i vrsti invaliditeta osoba koju poslodavac zapošljava. Provedenom tematskom analizom dobivene su preporuke za svakog sudionika kojima se nastoji poboljšati produktivnost zaposlenih osoba s invaliditetom i time poboljšati zadovoljstvo poslodavca postojećim sustavom potpora ali i doprinosom svakog zaposlenog pojedinca u ostvarenju radnih zadataka.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this research is to gain insight into how many employers from the Zagreb and Zagreb counties who have the experience of employing people with disabilities are satisfied with the overall employment system of these people, what their experience was in recruiting people with disabilities, and how satisfied they are with the support of specialists Employment of people with disabilities. The thesis deals with the system of support to employers in the Republic of Croatia, analyzes the issue of employment of persons with disabilities, and attitudes and employer satisfaction with the various activities and employers' activities. The data were collected by a semi-structured interview method, and the questions were tailored to the employer's activities and the type of disability of the person employed by the employer. The thematic analysis provided recommendations for each participant seeking to improve the productivity of disabled persons, thereby improving the employer's satisfaction with the existing support system, as well as the contribution of each employee to the accomplishment of the job.
