Abstract

Posao probacijskog sluţbenika smatra se zahtjevnim, iscrpljujućim poslom te vaţnim za odrţavanje sigurnosti zajednice i smanjenje stope povratništva. Dokazano je da probacija s pravovremenim intervencijama, pravim intenzitetom i osobnim dodirom, moţe uvelike pomoći osuĎeniku, zato su nam potrebni otporni stručnjaci koji će, unatoč zahtjevima i izazovima, biti sposobni i voljni pomoći osuĎenicima da naprave promjenu u svom ţivotu. Temeljni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati aktualne spoznaje o otpornosti probacijskih sluţbenika te detaljnije analizirati otpornost sluţbenika u probacijskim uredima u Hrvatskoj. Tijekom svibnja i lipnja 2018. godine provedeno je online istraţivanje u kojem je sudjelovalo 63 zaposlenika probacijskih ureda. Ciljevi istraţivanja bili su utvrĎivanje postojanja razlika u otpornosti izmeĎu muškaraca i ţena, povezanosti otpornosti i dobi te povezanosti otpornosti i zadovoljstva ţivotom, zadovoljstva poslom, samoučinkovitošću, stresom na poslu i podrškom kolega. Rezultati istraţivanja pokazali su da ne postoje razlike u otpornosti sluţbenika probacijskih ureda s obzirom na dob i spol te je najveća povezanost primijećena kod otpornosti i zadovoljstva osjećajem sigurnosti, samoučinkovitosti, zadovoljstva zdravljem i pripadnošću okolini, dok sa ostalim ispitivanim varijablama (ukupno zadovoljstvo ţivotom, zadovoljstvo ţivotnim standardom, zadovoljstvo postignućem u ţivotu, zadovoljstvo odnosima s bliţnjima, zadovoljstvo osjećajem sigurnosti u budućnosti, stres na poslu, podrška kolega, zadovoljstvo poslom) nije utvrĎena statistički značajna razlika.

Abstract (english)

The job of a probation officer is considered to be demanding, exhausting and important for maintaining community security and reducing the rate of recidivism. It has been proven that probation with timely interventions, with the right intensity and personal touch, can be of great help to convict, so we need resilient experts who will, despite demands and challenges, be able and willing to help the convicts to make a change in their lives. The core gole of this graduate thesis is to analyze current researches about the resilience of probation around the world and analyze the resilience of Croatian probation officers. In May and June 2018, an online survey was conducted involving 63 staff of probation offices. The goals of the research were to establish differences in resistance between men and women, the relationship between resistance and age, and the link between resistance and life satisfaction, job satisfaction, selfefficacy, work stress and support of colleagues. The results of the research have shown that there are no differences in the resilience of probation officers for age and gender and that the highest correlation is observed in resilience and satisfaction with the sense of security, selfefficacy, satisfaction with health and belonging to the community, while with other variables studied (total satisfaction with life, satisfaction with standard of living, satisfaction with achievement in life, satisfaction with relationships with their close ones, satisfaction with the feeling of future security, work stress, support of colleagues, job satisfaction) no statistically significant difference was identified.
