Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu istražit će se položaj i uloga logopeda u hrvatskoj osnovnoškolskom sustavu odgoja i obrazovanja. Zakonska regulativa pod kojom se oni zapošljavaju i koja opisuje njihova zaduženja vrlo je složena, ali u nekim dijelovima i preopćenita, što je dovelo do toga da logopedi obavljaju u školi čitav niz poslova. Slična istraživanja, koja bi se odnosila samo na logopede, nisu se još provodila u Hrvatskoj. Stoga je ovdje ispitano njihovo zadovoljstvo radnim mjestom, mjesečnim primanjima, ostvarenom suradnjom s kolegama u školi i opis poslova. Kao što su i Baranović i sur. (2006) utvrdili u svom istraživanju u školama je prisutna i razvijena vrlo kvalitetna suradnja, ali razlika s obzirom na razinu ostvarene suradnje ne postoji u odnosu na cjelokupno zadovoljstvo radnim mjestom. Također je pobijena tvrdnja o emocionalnoj iscrpljenosti i sagorijevanju na poslu kod logopeda s više od 10 godina radnog staža. Ovi podaci idu u prilog njihovom entuzijazmu što bi svakako trebalo uzeti kao bitan faktor u kreiranju kvalitetnijeg sustava orijentiranog na dijete s teškoćama u razvoju.

Abstract (english)

This thesis will explore the position and role of speech therapists in the Croatian elementary education system. The legislation under which they are employed and which describes their assignments is very complex, but in some parts too general, which has led to the fact that speech therapists are performing a variety of tasks in schools. No similar research, which would apply only to speech therapists, has not yet been conducted in Croatia. Therefore, their job satisfaction, monthly earnings, cooperation with colleagues at school and job description were researched in this thesis. As Baranovic et al. (2006) found in their research that high quality collaboration is present and developed in schools, but there is no difference with regard to the level of cooperation achieved compared to overall job satisfaction. The claim of emotional exhaustion and burnout at work of speech therapists with more than 10 years of service has also been rejected. This data is supports their enthusiasm, which should certainly be taken as an important factor in creating a better quality system orientated to children with disabilities.
