Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
The aim of this graduate work was to determine whether the application of elements of psychodrama affects verbal and non-verbal communication of visually impaired people and their sense of self. In relation to the objectives, the starting hypothesis states that the application of the elements of psychodrama has a positive impact on the experience of self and the verbal and non-verbal expression of the visually impaired. The research was conducted on the sample of 4 participants with visual impairments between 20 and 30 years of age. In order to evaluate the effects of the process of psychodrama, 3 evaluation instruments were used: the visual-analog scale self-assessment (initial and final assessment of each therapy session), Jones adaptation of the scale of the drama participation (before the first and after the last session) and a semi-structured interview about their experiences during the psychodrama process (after the last session). In a period of 5 weeks, 4 workshops were conducted. The duration of a single workshop was 2 hours and they were carried through the standard structure of a psychodrama session (heating, psychodrama action / topics proposed by the participants and closing / sharing feelings). The results of the observable variables were analyzed and interpreted on the basis of quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis and data processing.
