Abstract

Moždani udar jedan je od najčešćih uzroka smrtnosti u svijetu, a kod osoba koje ga prežive ostavlja značajne posljedice koje utječu na njihovo svakodnevno funkcioniranje. Uz konvencionalne metode liječenja, razvojem i napredovanjem tehnologije, nastoje se stvoriti uređaji koji će im olakšati proces rehabilitacije, ali i svakodnevno življenje. Cilj ovoga rada je pregled novijih istraživanja o asistivnoj tehnologiji namijenjenoj osobama nakon moždanog udara. Pretraživanjem literature obuhvaćena su istraživanja od 2017. do 2024. godine, a u ovom radu je prikazano 29 istraživanja. Radom su obuhvaćena tematski različita istraživanja, a njihovim prikazivanjem se nastojalo odgovoriti na neka od ovih pitanja; koja su novija istraživanja dostupna na temu asistivne tehnologije kod osoba koje su preživjele moždani udar, vrste asistivnih tehnologija primjenjivane u studijama o rehabilitaciji nakon moždanog udara, primjena robotike i konvencionalnih metoda terapije u rehabilitaciji, učinkovitost primjene robotike kod osoba nakon moždanog udara, perspektive oboljelih osoba, povezanost upotrebe asistivne tehnologije i kvalitete života oboljelih i njihovih njegovatelja.

Abstract (english)

Stroke is one of the most common causes of death in the world, and in people who survive it, it leaves significant consequences that affect their daily functioning. In addition to conventional methods of treatment, with the development and advancement of technology, efforts are being made to create devices that will facilitate the rehabilitation process, as well as everyday life. The aim of this paper is to review recent research on assistive technology intended for stroke survivors. The literature search covered research from 2017 to 2024, and this paper presents 29 pieces of research. The paper covers thematically different pieces of research, and by showcasing them, an attempt was made to answer some of these questions; what recent research is available on the subject of assistive technology in stroke survivors, types of assistive technologies applied in studies on rehabilitation after stroke, application of robotics and conventional therapy methods in rehabilitation, effectiveness of robotics application in stroke survivors, perspectives of affected persons, the connection between the use of assistive technology and the quality of life of patients and their caregivers.
