Abstract
Pregledom dostupne postojeće literature i stanjem u praksi vidljivo je kako postoji potreba za razvojem rodno specifiĉnih programa za djevojke s problemima u ponašanju u institucionalnom smještaju. Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati specifiĉnosti problematike djevojka s problemima u ponašanju i predstaviti psihoedukativni program koji je nastao kao odgovor na potrebe prakse. Rad zapoĉinje pregledom riziĉnih ĉimbenika za razvoj riziĉnih ponašanja djevojaka, vaţnih ĉimbenika kreacije rodno specifiĉnih programa i pruţa pregled teorija koje objašnjavaju pojavu i razvoj riziĉnih ponašanja kod djevojaka koji nude dobru teorijsku podlogu i znanstvenu utemeljenost ovog programa. Psihoedukativni program „Moderna djevojka― kreiran je s osnovnim ciljem razvijanja socijalno-emocionalnih kompetencija i poticanja djevojaka na usvajanje zdravih ţivotnih navika koristeći alternativne tehnike i metode. Svrha programa je razvoj kritiĉkog promišljanja o sebi, povećanje samopoštovanja i samopouzdanja te razvoj pozitivnog identiteta kod djevojaka s problemima u ponašanju. Program je proveden u Domu za odgoj djece i mladeţi Zagreb koji pruţa usluge socijalne skrbi izvan vlastite obitelji za zadovoljavanje socijalno – zaštitnih potreba djece i mladeţi u dobi od 7-21 god. ţivota koja iskazuju poremećaje u ponašanju, specifiĉnije u ţenskoj odgojnoj skupini. Psihoedukativni program je obuhvaćao set od devet radionica koji ukljuĉuje uvodnu radionicu, teme intimnih odnosa, ţenskog prijateljstva, odnosa prema vlastitom tijelu i cjelokupnom zdravlju, roditeljstva i trudnoće, reproduktivnog zdravlja i seksualnosti, ţivotnih vještina te završnu radionicu. U programu je sudjelovala grupa od šest djevojaka u dobi od 14 do 17 godina. Posebnost programa se oĉituje u upotrebi alternativnih tehnika i metoda mindfulnessa i psihodrame koji pokazuju svoju uspješnost i prikladnost u radu s djevojkama s problemima u ponašanju. Zadovoljstvo sudjelovanjem su sudionice programa izrazile kroz evaluaciju procesa iz korisniĉke perspektive. Cjelinu rada zaokruţuju zakljuĉne refleksije na provedeni program s ponuĊenim smjernicama za daljnje djelovanje u podruĉju kreacije rodno specifiĉnih programa za djevojke s problemima u ponašanju. Rad potvrĊuje potrebitost izrade i provedbe rodno specifiĉnih programa te nudi smjernice za daljnji razvoj na podruĉju rodnog programiranja i odgovaranja na specifiĉne potrebe djevojaka s problemima u ponašanju u institucionalnom smještaju.

The review of existing literature and the situation in practice suggest that there is a need for the development of gender-specific programs for girls with behavioral problems in institutional care. The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the specificity of the problem of girls with behavioral problems and present psycho-educational program that was created in response to the needs of the practice. The work begins with an review of risk factors for the development of girls risk behaviors, important factors for creation gender-specific programs and provides an overview of the theory’s that offer a good theoretical and scientific basis of this program. Psycho-educational program "Modern Girl" was created with the primary aim of developing social and emotional competences and encouraging girls to adopt healthy lifestyles using alternative techniques and methods. The purpose of the program is to develop critical thinking, increase self-esteem and self-confidence and develop a positive identity for girls with behavioral problems. The program was implemented in the Institution for education of children and youth Zagreb, wich basic activities are giving of social service out of their own family to do requirements of social – needs of children (aged 7 to 14) and juveniles (aged 14 to 21) who are showing discrepances of behaveing and personality, specifically in the girl's educational group. Psycho-educational program included a set of nine workshops, which includes an introductory workshop, themes of romantic relationships, female friendships, body image and overall health, parenting and pregnancy, reproductive health and sexuality, life skills and final workshop. Group of six girls age 14-17 years were included in program. A special feature of the program is reflected in the use of alternative techniques and methods of mindfulness and psychodrama and showed their suitability in work with the girls with behavioral problems. Evaluation results suggest that girls where satisfied with participation in program and they liked overall program. The work summs up with the final reflection on to the conducted program with propossed guidelines for future actions in the area of creating gender-specific programs for girls with behavioral problems. The work confirms the necessity of developing and implementing gender-specific programs and provides guidelines for further development in the field of gender programming and responding to the specific needs of girls with behavioral problems in institutional care.
